Become part of the biggest contemporary arts and culture celebration in Manitoba! As a volunteer, you will receive a secret pack of goodies, show your support, and meet new friends and artists.

Culture Days is a collaborative pan-Canadian volunteer movement to raise awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of all Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. The 8th annual Culture Days weekend is September 29, 30 and October 1, 2017 and will feature thousands of free, hands-on, interactive arts and cultural activities.

Nuit Blanche Winnipeg (NBW) is a free all-night exploration and celebration of contemporary art that takes place on the Saturday of the Culture Days weekend from dusk to dawn. Held annually since 2010, the events and exhibits attract thousands of people to the three zones of activity: St. Boniface, Downtown and the Exchange District. NBW 2017 will take place on Saturday, September 30.

Our applications will be reviewed and volunteers will be notified by the end of July or earlier.

The best antidote I know for worry is work. The best cure for weariness is the challenge of helping someone who is even more tired. One of the great ironies of life is this: He or she who serves almost always benefits more than he or she who is served.
