We are a wildlife rehabilitation centre that is primarily run by volunteers. We help injured, sick and orphaned wildlife in hopes of returning them to nature. We also have a hard working education team that works to help educate people of all ages about Manitoba wildlife.

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Manitoba is an organization that keeps families together. We operate through our two core programs, Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room.
Ronald McDonald House, on 62 Juno Street in Winnipeg, is a home away from home for rural Manitoban and out-of-province families with a child requiring treatment at a nearby hospital. The program operates for families 24/7, 365 days a year. The House is a warm, supportive, and welcoming space where families can stay close, be together, and connect with each other in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Ronald McDonald Family Room is a home within the hospital for any family with a pediatric patient. Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of the week, 365 days a year, this space offers comfort and care for families within HSC Children’s Hospital. Three sleeping rooms offer overnight accommodations for families of children in critical situations. Our common areas offer space for moments of respite, rest, and reflection.

St. Andrew's Woodhaven is wanting to establish a food bank in our church. We require volunteers with a truck/van to pick up and deliver food items from Winnipeg Harvest to the church on 2 Thursdays per month. Each Thursday would be a two hour commitment. Your time commitment would mean so much to so many .
Swimmingly: One-on-One for Exceptional Needs, formerly Manitoba SwimAbility, is a non-profit, charitable organization that aims to improve the lives of youth with exceptional needs through affordable and accessible one on one swimming and water safety instruction.
Our Vision is that all youth in Manitoba with exceptional needs are given the opportunity to learn to swim in an inclusive environment, thus reducing water related accidents.
Take a Pain Check Foundation is a Canadian registered, international youth-led community and non-profit organization founded in self-advocacy to empower youth with rheumatic diseases. They host bi-weekly podcasts, run ambassador programs for health professionals and youth, pilot rheumatic-related events, feature stories on their blog platform and lead monthly Joint Chat Rheum hangouts.

The Barefoot Ranch is a non-profit organization that exists to relieve the suffering of equine which includes raising funds for and assisting in providing facilities for the care, maintenance and rehabilitation of such animals.
We have been helping horses in the Interlake since 2012. We care for them and provide them with food, clean water, shelter, vet services and hoof trimming. We also socialize them and teach them that people can be trusted.
The Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts is a community music school that is committed to creating accessibility to music education and performance. We intend to be a musical home for all, regardless of socio economic status, geographic location or any other barriers one may face to participating. We offer general public programming and an extensive, diverse and funded outreach program called Music Equals. We often look for volunteers to work with students, special events, committees and every administrative opportunities.
